Sheet vinyl

As the name implies, sheet vinyl does not come in individual tiles; rather, it comes as a single sheet. This has upsides and downsides. While sheet vinyl is effortless to install and is more affordable than LVT, it's more difficult to repair if damage occurs. However, it resists moisture just as well when properly installed, and it will last a long time with a little upkeep.
Luxury vinyl tile (LVT)
LVT (also known as luxury vinyl plank or LVP) is in a class all its own. While it is similar to sheet vinyl in many ways, LVT does have a few additional benefits.
